The Chilliwack School District, like many other districts around the province, is experiencing significant turnover in our school and district leadership group. Within the next three years a significant number of highly experienced administrators will be retiring and taking with them a wealth of ‘craft knowledge’ in the area of school and district leadership.

Coupled with these retirements is the arrival of novice educational leaders eager to embrace their new roles and eager to develop the skills, abilities and qualities that will enable them to work with their staff to deliver high quality educational experiences for each and every student.
